Download & Install

System Requirements

• Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit). Older Windows versions have not been tested and are not guaranteed to work
• A working internet connection (required for signing in and using features)
• A working USB port

Get the Installer

Download the latest installer from the official website: Download GeekFix Suite (Windows 64-bit)

This link always points to the current latest version, so you do not need to track version numbers.

Install

1. Double-click the downloaded installer (the file name looks like GeekFix Suite_x.x.x_x64-setup.exe).
2. Follow the setup wizard to complete the installation.
3. Once installed, launch GeekFix Suite from the Start menu or a desktop shortcut.

Update the Software

GeekFix Suite checks for updates automatically when it starts:

• When a new version is available, follow the on-screen prompts to download and install it. Download progress is shown in the app.
• If your version is too old and an update is required to keep using the app, the app tells you clearly — finish the update first.

Updating does not remove your account information. Sign in again after the update.

Uninstall

Find GeekFix Suite in Windows Settings → Apps and uninstall it in the usual way. Uninstalling does not affect your account or entitlements. If you reinstall on a new PC, contact support to unbind the old device and you can continue using the software (see Account Permissions).
