Link Test
Checks the communication status of the device's flight controller, gimbal, and vision links to help narrow down the fault. Read-only check; no device data is modified.
Note: Due to aircraft factory-program limitations, the results are for reference only. They cannot precisely determine whether the corresponding hardware is damaged; judge based on actual repair checks.
When to Use
- When the device reports errors or behaves abnormally, run a Link Test first to narrow down the fault.
- Run a full check after a repair is complete.
Before You Start
- The device is powered on, connected to the computer, and detected (see Connect a Device).
- Your account has Link Test access. Note: an account with only Link Test access cannot detect the device — see Account Permissions.
Steps
- After the device is detected, open Link Test.
- Click Run Test and wait for the check to finish.
Reading the Results
- Results are given per check item for the three links: flight controller, gimbal, and vision.
- Some models have detailed per-item checks; other models run a generic check flow that covers the common items.
- Abnormal items are mostly hardware problems or connection (ribbon cable, connector) problems, so check those areas first. Still, results are for reference only — rely on the actual repair.
If Something Goes Wrong
- The check is interrupted or reports no response: power-cycle the device and test again.
- The Link Test fails and no results are shown: reconnect and try again.
- Repeated failures: take a screenshot and contact 181806465@qq.com.
Supported Models
17 models have detailed checks; other detectable models run the generic flow. See the Supported Models matrix for details.
