Account Permissions
In GeekFix Suite, every feature is enabled per account. Whether you can use a feature depends on your account, not on the device model itself.
What an Unenabled Feature Looks Like
- Most features always appear in the sidebar. If a feature is not enabled, clicking it shows a notice that your account does not have access to it; the notice includes an Activate Now button, so if you have an activation code you can redeem it right away.
- Three features are special: Frequency Pairing, ESC Repair and Obstacle Recovery. When they are not enabled, they do not appear in the sidebar at all. Once they are enabled, sign out and sign in again and they will show up.
Enabling or Renewing Features
If you have an activation code: redeem it in the app to activate access or extend your service time yourself. See Activate with an Activation Code.
If you don't have a code: contact 181806465@qq.com (WhatsApp: +8618627713849) with the email you registered and the features you need. An administrator can adjust the following for an individual account:
- The set of features included in the plan
- The on/off switch and expiry date of individual features
- The overall account status and service expiry date
A Known Limitation
If your account has only Link Test enabled — and none of Camera SN Verification, Vision/TOF SN Verification, Camera Calibration, Vision Calibration, Gimbal Calibration or IMU Calibration — the app cannot recognize a connected device, and Link Test cannot start. If your account is set up this way, contact support to have the permissions adjusted.
When Entitlements Expire
- When a feature's entitlement expires, that feature stops working and the app shows a notice.
- When the whole account expires, renew it to continue using the software.
Device Binding
- Each account is bound to one PC.
- Signing in on a new PC for the first time uses up the binding slot. Before switching PCs, contact support to unbind the old device.
