Vision/TOF SN Verification

Reads the vision sensor serial numbers stored on the device (some models also read the TOF serial number). Read-only query; no device data is modified.

When to Use

• Check the vision/TOF serial numbers currently stored on the device.

Before You Start

• The device is powered on, connected to the computer, and detected (see Connect a Device).
• Your account has Vision/TOF SN Verification access.

Steps

1. After the device is detected, open Vision/TOF SN Verification.
2. Click Verify Serial Numbers, wait for the reading to finish, and check each result.

Reading the Results

• 14 models are explicitly supported (see Supported models below).
• “TOF” in the name does not mean every model has TOF readings:
  • 1 TOF reading: Mini 4 Pro, Mini 5 Pro, Avata 2, Air 3, Matrice 4 Enterprise, Matrice 4 Thermal
  • 2 TOF readings: Air 3S, Mavic 4 Pro
  • Other supported models currently read only the vision SN

If Something Goes Wrong

• Device not detected: power-cycle the device and retry.
• Reading fails: retry; if it fails repeatedly, take a screenshot and contact 181806465@qq.com.
